Treatment For Zits And Why Choose Acne No More

Mike Walden, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has not just pumped out yet another “Treatment for Zits program” into an already over-saturated market. Mike’s Acne No More can be more accurately described as an “Acne Bible.” It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to acne freedom you will ever read.

The Acne No More book is quite extensive (223 pages of rock solid content) which focuses on 100% natural treatment for zits. That means there aren’t recommendations for harsh prescription drugs with nasty side effects. In Acne No More core formula section (The 5 pillars) – Nothing is held back. In this section, Mike gives a detailed overview of each step, and then dives into the specifics in a perfect chronological order. There are also outstanding charts and checklists which make it very easy to know where you are at in the program and follow it. You are just a step away from a successful treatment for zits

Treatment For Zits And Why Acne No More differs From other clear skin publications on the market?

Well first of all, it’s not just a “acne relief” or “skin care” program, it’s a holistic treatment for zits program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you’ve read just the first chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing “acne relief” is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you’ve failed to stop and maintain your ‘acne free internal environment’. Acne No More shows you exactly why you should fix the internal problem that’s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.

Secondly, what makes Acne No More different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element required to achieve permanent freedom from acne symptoms and from hormonal and toxic overload disorders. Acne No More not only thoroughly discusses the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about acne, blackheads, and hormonal health and inner balance ever written.

Because the Acne No More program is not a quick fix ‘fairy tale’ cure but a complete holistic solution aimed at eliminating the root cause of acne and digestive disorders (regardless of their severity) and ensure your will permanently be acne-free, it does take work and persistence to complete. “The dictionary is the only place success comes before work” says Mike, as he emphasizes the “no quick fix” philosophy behind the entire book.

If there is any drawback to the Acne No More ebook, it’s that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a quick start type of acne program, might be a bit intimated at first. The good part however, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will literally be the last book they ever have to buy for a permanent treatment for zits.

Treatment For Zits And Who Benefits from Acne No More?

In the broadest sense, anyone and everyone who needs to cure their acne and regain their natural inner balance will benefit from Acne No More. This ebook is honestly for everyone. Even people without acne. This is a total health rejuvenation program better than 98% of the nutrition and alternative health books on the market.

In terms of graphic design, Acne No More is a clean and professionally formatted PDF e-book. It is well organized and ideal for printing and reading in the comfort of your own home.

Treatments For Zits By Prevention

Posted by on July 4, 2011

Zits or Acne as you may know it is a skin condition caused by the overproduction of sebum. Sebum is a natural oil produced by the skin and hair. Teenagers are prone to be acne targets as their rapidly changing hormones trigger an overproduction of sebum. Sebum traps bacteria because its nature is to clog pores which then results to an infection we all know as pimple.

Zits or acne can affect any age, but mostly common amongst teenagers, and this embarrasses them because it’s so obvious to the eye.

Zits is also hereditary, which means if a parent has it there’s a higher probability their child will have it. Once you have acne, it is assumed there is no cure for it, you have to wait for the infection (pimple) to heal. However, you may check with your physician to see what treatments, either over-the-counter or prescription that may be effective for you. In order to prevent zits, you may follow these simple steps:

  • Eat a balanced diet – Whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables contain valuable natural phytochemicals and antioxidants that promote healing.
  • Drink lots of water. This helps get rid of skin debris.
  • Engage yourself in some exercise. Exercise increases blood flow to the skin and make sure you wash your face after exercising.
  • Wash and rinse all the time but don’t scrub. Regular washing pulls away dead skin, oil, and bacteria. Scrubbing can irritate the skin and make it worse.
  • Use oil-free makeup, sunscreens, or lotions.
  • Wash your hair to keep oil from your face.
  • Ensure you remove all makeup before going to bed daily. Use mild cleansers like Cetaphil or Neutrogena to wash your face. Mild exfoliating cleansers and scrubs also may be used but ask your doctor first.

Myths Surrounding Zits

Zits Myth One: Only teenagers are pruned to getting zits.

Fact: Zits usually begins in the early stages of a teenagers life and subsides in the late teens to mid-20s. But many people develop it late in that cycle, or even in their late 20s or 30s. People can have acne at any age for many reasons.

Zits Myth Two: Zits is related to diet.

Fact: Research over the Years shows no correlation between diet and zit. Foods such as sugar, greasy foods, milk, and seafood don’t result in zits in the general population. But if you have an allergy to any food, don’t eat it.

Zits Myth Three: Frequent face washing helps clear up zits.

Fact: Acne is not caused by dirt or poor hygiene. Aggressive scrubbing does not affect the oil deep in your pores where acne starts. Frequent and aggressive scrubbing can actually harm your skin, irritating it, and making the zits worse. Use your hands to gently wash your face, the rough texture of a washcloth may also irritate your skin.

Zits Myth Four: Popping pimples helps.

Fact: It may seem to make them less noticeable for a while, but the practice actually can cause them to stay around longer. Squeezing pimples pushes the bacteria further into the skin, causing more redness and swelling.

Zits Myth Five: Zits has to run its course.

Fact: Not exactly because there are successful treatments available for acne.
